Terms of service

Who sells NASBar

NASBar is made by Matej Krajnc, Slovenia ([email protected]). NASBar is sold through the Microsoft Store on Windows and the Mac App Store on Mac. Microsoft and Apple handle payment, invoices and VAT, and their store terms also apply to the purchase.

What you buy

NASBar is a ready-made software product: a desktop app for Windows and Mac. There are no custom services or consultations. The full version is a one-time in-app purchase of €12.99 with no subscription. On Windows it is valid on all your PCs with the same Microsoft account, on Mac on all your Macs with the same Apple ID.

Free trial

Every feature works free for 14 days, so you can check that NASBar works with your NAS before you buy. Demo mode shows the whole app with sample data, even without a NAS.

Your license

With a purchase you may install and use NASBar on your own computers for your own use. You may not bypass the purchase check or redistribute the app as your own. NASBar, its code, name and logo remain the property of Matej Krajnc.

Updates and support

Updates are delivered through the Microsoft Store and the Mac App Store at no extra cost. Support is by email at [email protected].

No warranty

NASBar is provided “as is”. It only reads status from your own devices and changes nothing on your NAS unless you start an action yourself (for example restart, pause a download or start a backup). To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for data loss, downtime or other damage arising from its use. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Questions: [email protected].
